DragChamp Jr. Racer Top 10 List

1 – Wyatt Scales

Wyatt Scales takes the #1 spot after sweeping the field at the Battle at the Valley at Wabash Valley Dragway. Wyatt captured both the Friday and Saturday races, bringing home two big checks and a Diamond Wally.

2 – Nick Raffaele

Nick Raffaele holds down the No. 2 spot after an outstanding weekend at Numidia Dragway, where he recorded two final-round appearances, a semifinal finish, and a King of the Track title. On Friday, he was the runner-up in the True Street class against the adult competitors. He followed that up on Saturday with a Wally win in the 13–17-year-old Junior Dragster class and then claimed the King of the Track runoff against the event’s other Wally winners. On Sunday, he continued his strong performance, advancing to the semifinals in the 13–17-year-old Junior Dragster class and finishing just one win shy of another final-round appearance.

3 – Forrest Radford

Forrest Radford earns a spot after an impressive weekend at Bristol Dragway. On Saturday, he advanced to both the Division 3 Junior Dragster and Junior Street finals, but neither final was completed because of the track curfew. He returned on Sunday and captured the Junior Street Wally race victory in his first weekend competing in the class.

4 – Calvin Weaver

Calvin Weaver has been on a roll, making final rounds and going deep into eliminations nearly every weekend. His recent hot streak includes three consecutive event wins, beginning with a win at the Summer Blowout at Maryland International Raceway. He followed that up with a victory at the King of the Creek, and this past weekend he captured the 11–18 year old Junior Dragster class title at the NHRA LODRS Division 1 Race, also at Maryland International Raceway.

5 – Alyssa Tilghman

Alyssa Tilghman earns the #5 spot after extending her winning streak to three consecutive victories. This past weekend, she captured the Friday Junior Dragster win at the TB Promotions East Coast Triple 50Ks, continuing her impressive run of success.

6 – Travis Pace

Travis Pace takes the #6 spot after picking up three consecutive wins—two at Ware Shoals Dragway and his most recent at Greer Dragway. In the final round at Greer, he was perfect in the final and took .005 finish line to seal the win.

7 – Lance Knieriem

Lance Knieriem earns his place on this week’s Top 10 list after reaching four consecutive finals and winning three straight races at three different tracks, including winning a NHRA Diamond Wally. During that run, he made final-round appearances at Beech Bend Raceway Park, Ohio Valley Dragway, and US 60 Dragway.

8 – Rieley Kapp

Rieley Kapp earned a spot on this week’s Top 10 list after winning two weekends in a row at Numidia Dragway. This past weekend Rieley also picked up a NHRA Diamond Wally.

9 – Chase Blackburn

Chase Blackburn earns the #9 spot after reaching six straight finals at Ohio Valley Dragway. During that stretch, he recorded three wins and three runner-up finishes, including this past weekend’s points race victory, where he earned an NHRA Diamond Wally.

10 (Tie) – Joshua McDaniel

Joshua McDaniel is tied for the #10 spot after collecting a win and a semi-final finish this past weekend at Carolina Dragway.

10 (Tie) – Carson Brashier
